Saturday Outlook: Holding near the century mark with a Heat Advisory

We’re heading into a hot weekend with highs into the upper-90s to lower-100s. Heat index values could climb up to 107 degrees. A Heat Advisory is in effect for North Texas, including Dallas and Fort Worth, until 9 p.m. Saturday.
Next week will not be quite as hot as the heat dome weakens and shifts. Many days will feature highs in the mid to upper-90s. There is a low chance of spotty thunderstorms late next week.
